Helle has more than 30 years of experience in food toxicology and risk assessment of chemicals and in-depth knowledge of food and food contact material regulations in the EU. Her wide experience also includes risk assessment of food ingredients, food contaminants and technical aids as well as chemicals in cosmetics, toys and other consumer products. Helle participates in a research project on prevention of waste and supply chain management.
